Privacy Policy

Short answer: This site does not collect personal information about you. There are no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. Visits are measured only in aggregate by a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that never identifies you. If you email Benny, that email is handled like any normal message.

The short version

What we collect

Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type into. This site is a set of static pages. The only information that reaches us is the ordinary, aggregate web-traffic data described below.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service, to see which pages are read and roughly how many people read them. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you across sites. We see aggregate numbers — page views, referring sites, general country, device type — never your identity.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic connection data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. That processing is governed byCloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use those logs to identify or track individual readers.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Because of that, there is no cookie banner to click through — there is nothing to consent to.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to Benny's profiles on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and occasionally to other websites. Once you follow a link, you are on that company's site under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

If you email us

If you write to [email protected], we keep that email so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to a marketing list from it, and we do not sell or share it. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

AI assistants

This site is written to be read and cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. That involves our public content being crawled — it has nothing to do with your personal data, which we do not hold.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your choices

Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to look up, correct, or delete on request. If you have a question about privacy, or you emailed us and want that correspondence removed, contact[email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If the site ever starts collecting information — for example, if we add a newsletter sign-up — we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above before that feature goes live.
